Daniel is so nice and honest. I interviewed several plumber/rooter companies and he provided a great quote, was the best at customer service and gave us a realistic timeline for completing the job. He even showed us the perma-liner product (he had a pipe with liner in his truck to show us what trenchless lateral repair looks like). He was very thorough and had a modern camera to show us exactly where the tree roots clogged our main drain. The equipment also allowed for us to have a digital video file for our own records (before and after). Plus, I needed to replace a slow flowing toilet and he provided me information about what is the best one to buy for my buck! I randomly saw The Golden Rooter truck today and Daniel came over this morning to help us out with a leak under our kitchen sink. He made time for us right away and was very friendly and easy to work with. He even used the shoe covers that I love so much to protect the floors… we are a no shoes in the house family so I appreciate that! Daniel said the sink was just missing a washer and it was an easy fix… he did it free of charge because he doesn’t believe in overcharging like some big companies tend to do. It was unexpected and very refreshing to work with someone who is such a straight shooter. Can’t say enough good things about him. We will definitely call Daniel for any future problems!

Met Daniel today because my washing machine drain was overflowing and a sink was draining slow. I’m always nervous about plumbing issues so i checked Yelp and found a local small business as that’s how i like to do business. Very professional on the phone, didn’t hit me hard on the quote to come look at it. The sink was fine and just needed to be adjusted. Daniel responded immediately to a request on a internet plumber site – for a hot water heater replacement. He came by the next day for a consultation. Next morning he arrived to install the new water heater. Removal and installation was dicey because the HWH shares a small hallway closet with the HVAC unit. Daniel figured how to remove a side of the door frame to give him the clearance he needed.
His work was that of a very skilled plumber. He is client-friendly, respectful and does what he say’s he’ll do. I’d call him the consummate professional and his price was $275 below another quote.
I ended up privately seeking the replacement because American Home Shield, my warranty company, appears very experienced at providing an untenable claims process.
Today Daniel installed a new 50 gal water heater to replace mine that started leaking last nite. I quoted 6 different companies, and his was one of the more competitive offers. But what made me choose him over the others was the time he took to understand my situation and offer the best solution…for me. All the while he literally “educated” me on water heaters to help me feel confident in my decision.
Daniel showed up exactly at the the time he promised. His price he quoted is the price I paid. But none of that was the best part. The best part was, he identified each item of my old water heater that was not to code and in fact dangerous. He essentially rebuilt the components around it to bring it up to code. That I appreciated very much.
Lastly, as I reviewed the work he did. He was very meticulous in all the details of everything he did. Being OCD, it’s something I took notice of very quickly. I absolutely recommend Daniel and his company to anyone who simply wants an honest, knowledgeable and fair professional to take care of plumbing issues for one of the most important life investments; our homes.
Daniel was great. Quick response time, pleasant demeanor, professional,and he offered some good tips to keep the drain smelling good.
